Mervyn Klein brings to Element more than three decades of experience in the real estate sector. As a founding partner of LMS Realty, he was responsible for transforming the historic American Can Factory into a thriving hub for the creative arts. As a principal in Hudson Development LLC, he developed the Anheuser-Busch Distribution Facility. Under the banner of MK Read and Company, he served as a technological business consultant bringing together tech savvy startups with industrial leaders like Lucent-Bell. Mervyn's acuity in accessing business climate and personality will help bring Element Real Estate Development to the forefront of the Multi Family Development industry.
PHILIP COHEN
VP of Development & Marketing
Phillip Cohen joined Element with extensive experience in the construction industry. While pursuing an MBA at NYU, he ran a small construction firm to raise funds & acquire invaluable business acumen. Following his stint as Director of Marketing in the Jewelry industry, Phillip acquired a wood moldings & doors manufacturing firm. Throughout 32 years of operation, he was involved in purchasing, scheduling, accounting, R&D, and manufacturing design. With extensive knowledge, experience, & well-honed people skills, Phillip brings tremendous success & value to our team.
SAMUEL KLEIN
VP of Development & Construction
With a construction education from NYU Business School, Samuel Klein brings invaluable skills to our team. Sam has experience with Single Family Home renovations, as well as hands on construction & home improvement skills. His creativity, organization, & attention to quality & detail will ensure our Developments stand out from the competition. A commitment to excellent aesthetics is at the essence of his focus.
